29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) C Room - Lime Splitter Number Two (2): The electrical cable to the bottom conveyor motor was broken away at the strain relief and threaded connection fitting to the motor exposing the insulated electrical conductors, affecting the electrical continuity. This exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.
