Absolut Roofing, LLC., Dairy Queen, Hurricane, WV: On or about 02/23/16, employees working on a 5/12 sloped roof were not protected from falling approximately 20' to the ground below. Absolut Roofing, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315224808, Citation 01, Item number 003a and was affirmed as a final order on 09/22/11, with respect to a workplace located at 201B Street, St. Albans, WV, 25177.
