(b) 957 Mathews Avenue:  On or about March 2, 2018, and times prior, employees were exposed to falls up to 16 feet 5 inches while installing a rubber membrane on a flat roof with no fall protection.         Absolut Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1128660, citation number 1, item number 1, group a, and was affirmed as a final order on June 14, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 740 US Route 60, Hurricane, WV.
