29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: a) On or about 02/19/16, at the new ZARA's retail store, under renovation and located on 503 Broadway, New York, New York, a DeWalt table saw model DWE7491, was not equipped with a hood to cover the saw blade to prevent accidental contact during use. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
