29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage had to be made: A.) Mercer Forge, Inc.; maintenance cut off saw area - On or about 3/2/16, and at times prior thereto, the metal stock that was being cut on the cut off saw protruded into the designated yellow line walkway. This condition creates potential struck by hazards for pedestrian and forklift traffic.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: A.) Mercer Forge Corporation; maintenance cut off saw area; - On or about 3/2/16, employees were exposed to shock hazards associated with rain water dripping onto an electrical outlet. The outlet was not designed for exposure to water. The outlet was powering an emergency light. B.) Mercer Forge Corporation: Forge Shop; Press R-3000; - On or about 3/2/16, the R-3000 press had excessive oil spraying from the equipment. Oil was covering an electrical disconnect box that powered the press.
