29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(iv): The contract employer failed to ensure that each contract employee followed the safety rules of the facility including the safe work practices required by paragraph (f)(4) of this section: On or about March 2, 2016 during a maintenance project on the John Zink Unit, the employer failed to evaluate all equipment assigned to the job for recognizable hazards, including the assigned breathing air system, prior to utilization by employees during line breaking operations, thus exposing employees to argon gas.
