29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about March 4, 2016, an employee installing soffit trim on the 6:12 pitch roof of the amenities center was exposed to a 10 feet fall hazard in that he was not protected by a fall protection system.
