29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  At the time of the inspection, the N-ViroMulch 2000 screw auger hopper did not prevent the exposure to employees of the rotating parts of the auger creating an amputation hazard.   Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use:  At the time of the inspection, the employer had no Safety Data Sheet for chemical residue on pallets that were ground into mulch.
