Worksite located at 10430 NE 105th St., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were observed cutting tile siding with radial saws and were not wearing any means of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level:   (a). Worksite located at 10430 NR 106th Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was exposed to a fall hazard in that the employee was using a pump-jack scaffold and was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail system or personal fall arrest system.

Worksite located at 10430 NE 106th St., Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was exposed to a fall hazard in that the ladder being used to access the roof level was not extended as least 3 feet above the upper landing surface.
