29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. On March 10, 2016, on the 9:12 pitch roof, employees performing framing work are not protected from a 12 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system. Construction Cruz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 961058, citation number 1, item number 1,and was affirmed as a final order on 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3914 Dylan Court, Jacksonville, Florida.
