29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a. At the site, building 15, employees were exposed to a 30 feet fall hazard during roofing work at a three story apartment  building with a roof pitch of 6 to 12, in that, fall protection was not utilized, on or about 03/10/2016.    b. At the site, building 16, employees were exposed to a 30 feet fall hazard during roofing work at a three story apartment  building with a roof pitch of 6 to 12, in that, fall protection was at times removed while setting up for roofing work, on or about 03/10/2016.    QUALITY ROOFING, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 947536, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON 11/27/2013 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 540 TRINITY LANE, SAINT PETERSBURG, FLORIDA 33731 AND BECAME A FINAL ORDER OF THE REVIEW COMMISSION ON 12/18/2013.
