29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) On March 16, 2016, in the meat department, the Hobart meat cutting band saw was not adjusted to cover the entire blade except for the working portion, or point of operation. Defense Commissary Agency was previously cited for a violation of this standard in inspection number 1073789, citation number 1, item number 1 which was affirmed as a final order on August 11, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1300 Oceana Blvd., Virginia Beach, VA 23456.
