29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about March 17, 2016, two employees at unit 4, block 5 were doing roofing work without any type of fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall.
