29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    On or about August 9th 2018, at the jobsite located at the house B30, Lot 10. 8267 NW 48 St. Canarias at Downtown, Doral, FL 33166, two employees were observed performing roof water proofing at approximately 40 feet from the ground and were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.      The employer J QUINTERO ROOFING CORP. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1133169, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/15/16, with respect to a workplace located at Block 5 Unit 4. 150000 NW 97th Avenue, Hialeah, FL 33010.
