Public Law 91-596, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to an amputation hazard:    a) press #307, Line #3 - On or about March 10, 2016 and at times prior to, the Danly Q.D.C. part revolution mechanical power press activated by a two hand control system was not guarded at the point of operation, thus exposing employees to amputation hazards.    One Feasible and acceptable means of abatement would be to eliminate the pinch point at the point of operation.
