29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) Regrind Room: On or about March 18, 2016 employees were exposed to the hazard of flexible cords being used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a building in that the 110 volt SS Shaker and Metal Detector were plugged in using an extension cord for approximately one year.
