29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii):   Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemicals:  (a) Two small plastic secondary containers of machine oil stored on a shelf of an open storage cabinet in the Laundry were not provided with identity or hazard warning labels.   (b) Approximately 9 bulk containers of hydraulic fluid and motor oil located on a dispensing rack in the Automotive Shop were not provided with hazard warning labels. 29 CFR 1904.7(b)(3): When an injury or illness involved one or more days away from work, the employer did not record the injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log, place a check mark in the space for cases involving days away from work, and enter the number of days away from work in the number of days column:   Located at FCI Edgefield, 501 Gary Road, Edgefield, SC: On or about 03/14/16, the employer did not record the following workplace injuries correctly on the OSHA 300 Log for calendar year 2016:  (a) On or about 02/03/16, a correctional officer sustained a fractured hand while unlocking a lock on a pipe chase door, resulting in days away from work. The employer recorded the injury as a days away from work case but did not provide an entry of the number of calendar days away from work in column (K).   (b) On or about 02/19/16, a secretary received a ligament sprain of her left ankle during a training exercise, resulting in days away from work. The employer incorrectly recorded the case as job transfer or restriction and failed to enter the number of calendar days away from work in column (K).  (c) On or about 02/19/16, a counselor experienced a strained left lower back during training, resulting in days away from work. The employer recorded the injury as a days away from work case but did not provide an entry of the number of calendar days away from work in column (K).  (d) On or about 02/29/16, a correctional officer sustained a strained right knee while running to a fight, resulting in days away from work. The employer recorded the injury as a days away from work case but did not provide an entry of the number of calendar days away from work in column (K).  (e) On or about 03/05/16, a lieutenant received a strained back while carrying an inmate by gurney from the SHU to the medical clinic. The employer recorded the injury as a days away from work case but did not provide an entry of the number of calendar days away from work in column (K).
