29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: On or about 22 March 2016, at this machine shop, employees conducting metal fabrication work were exposed to hazardous chemicals/materials such as but not limited to; compressed oxygen, compressed acetylene and various paint finishes. The employer did not develop a program which would address labeling/warnings on containers, Safety Data Sheets, and employee information and training on the hazards associated with the chemical/material they were exposure.
