29 CFR 1910.1025(c)(1): Employee(s) were exposed to lead at concentrations greater than fifty micrograms per cubic meter of air averaged over an eight-hour period:    a) Test fire range, on or about 4/8/16: An employee test firing  9mm Model 1911 pistols was overexposed to an 8 hour time weighted average (TWA) of lead at 161 micrograms per cubic meter (micm), or 3.2 times the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 micm, during the 368 minute sampling period. A zero increment was included for the 112 minutes not sampled.    Abatement documentation must be submitted for this item.

29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(1)(i): For any employees exposed to lead above the permissible exposure limit for more than 30 days per year the employer did not implement engineering and work practice controls (including administrative controls) were not implemented to reduce and maintain employee exposure to lead :    a) Test fire range, on or about 4/8/16: Engineering controls in combination with work practice controls were not sufficient enough to reduce employee exposure to levels below the PEL for an employee test firing  9mm Model 1911 pistols.
