On or about March 23, 2016: The employer did not provide upon request from a Compliance Officer and representative of the Secretary of Labor copies of the employer's injury and illness records. This request was made as part of an investigation of your worksite located at 3515 Pleasantdale Road in Doraville, Georgia under the OSHA Act. Ventron Management, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1904.40(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1053246, citation 2, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on September 2, 2016, with respect to the workplace located at 3515 Pleasantdale Road in Doraville, Georgia.
