There was no guard on the grinder. b) On or about 3/21/16 at a renovation project located at 918 Main Street, Buffalo, New York; an employee repairing masonry on the front of building was using a 4" Bosch angle grinder to clean and repair masonry block. There was no guard on the grinder. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
