29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) On or about March 25th, 2016 a chain and sprocket powering the chiller conveyor on the RTE2 DD line, 36 inches off the floor, was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to an in-running nip point hazard.
