29 CFR 1926.451(b)(6): On scaffolds where scaffold planks were abutted to create a long platform, each abutted end did not rest on a separate support surface.  On 9/10/15, at the Hickory Hills job site in McDonough, Georgia, employees worked on scaffolds containing working levels that did not rest on a separate scaffold upright and instead were made to overlap over the same uprights so as to use less scaffold frames.

29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity:  On 9/10/15, at the Hickory Hills job site in McDonough, Georgia, employees worked on scaffolds that had various deficiencies including but not limited to: no full decking on working levels, scaffold boards had nails in them, no ladder, no fall protection for levels greater than 10 feet, improperly overlapped and overextended scaffold boards and the employer did not ensure scaffolds were inspected prior to permitting employees from working on the scaffolds.

On 3/22/2016, at the Hickory Hills job site on Shellbark Drive, McDonough, Ga, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 10' as working levels were not fully decked.  Marin Masonry, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 806021, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/10/2013, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #50 Vineyards of New Macland, Powder Springs, Georgia.  Marin Masonry, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1091380, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/13/2015, with respect to a workplace located at Reserves at Bogan Lake job site, Buford, Georgia.
