29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows: a) Residential Construction located on Lot #4 at 1904 Idlewood Road Tucker, GA 30084: On or about January 19, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 13-feet to the lower level, in that a fully planked work platform on the tubular welded scaffold system was not provided to employees engaged in masonry activities.

29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms are more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from another scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface shall be used. Cross braces shall not be used as a means of access. a) Residential Construction located on Lot # 4 at 1904 Idlewood Road Tucker, GA 30084: On or about 01/19/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 21-feet, to the lower ground level, in that a ladder or other safe means of access was not provided.

(a) New Residential construction located on Lot #4 at 1904 Idlewood Road Tucker GA, 30084: On or about 01/19/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 13-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in masonry activities working from a tubular welded scaffold system installing bricks.
