29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) On or about March 29, 2016, on the south exterior elevation of the above addressed site, an employee performing roof work on a steep pitch roof was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet 8 inches in height while not having a rope and/or lanyard attached to the D-ring of his harness.      b) On or about March 29, 2016, on the north exterior elevation of the above addressed site, an employee performing roof work on a steep pitch roof was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet 8 inches in height while not having a rope and/or lanyard attached to the D-ring of his harness.      SEASIDE ROOFING INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVILANT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 974428, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 06/16/2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 5017 W. ATLANTIC AVENUE IN DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA.
