On or about March 28, 2016, and times prior thereto, the following passageways behind lanes were not kept clear. a) North side - Lanes 1 - 24; Machine parts were being stored b) East side - Lanes 25-60: New lane flooring was being stored Employees were exposed to the hazard of tripping on equipment.
