29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder: On or about March 30, 2016, at the above addressed site, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet in height while performing electrical work from a 12-foot fiberglass A-frame ladder that was placed in an active drive through lane of a bank where it could be displaced by passing vehicles.
