29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    On or about March 22, 2016, Steinmeyer Construction, Inc. does not require the use of fall protection during roofing activities. This violation was most recently observed when employees were exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet, 8 inches on a residential construction site in Savoy, Illinois.     Steinmeyer Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number: 976896, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 11, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at corner of College and N. St. Louis Street, Sparta, IL 62286.  Steinmeyer Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number: 1075590, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 21, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1813 Blue Bird Drive, Mahomet, IL 61853.  Steinmeyer Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number: 1075610, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 21, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 607 Dove Drive, Mahomet, IL 61853.  Steinmeyer Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number: 1075631, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 21, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 504 Jeffery, Mahomet, IL 61853.
