29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) 146 Campanelli Parkway: The east emergency exit doors were locked by a sliding bolt mechanism that required the employees to pull on the door in order to unlock the bolt then shove the door open. b) 146 Campanelli Parkway: The south emergency exit doors were locked by a sliding bolt mechanism that required the employees to pull on the door in order to unlock the bolt then shove the door open.
