On or about March 29, 2016 at 327 Sandbar Ferry Road, Augusta, Georgia, two employees were exposed to slips, and fire  hazards when gasoline and motor oil were allowed to collect on the floor.

On or about March 29, 2016 at 327 Sandbar Ferry Road, Augusta, Georgia, two (2) employees were exposed to hazards associated with chemicals sure as, but not limited to gasoline, motor oil, antifreeze, transmission fluids, battery acid, and other chemicals, and cuts and lacerations when processing cars for parts.  The employees are exposed to fluids splashing into their eyes when a full face shield is provided, but seldom used.

On or about March 29, 2016 at 327 Sandbar Ferry Road, Augusta, Georgia, two employees were exposed to gasoline, oil, battery acid, antifreeze, and other chemicals in the processing of cars.  Where the employees are exposed to chemical hazards, the employee have not been trained to protect themselves from the chemical hazards.
