29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: (a) Wipe samples identified lead at the soda vending machine chute, the top of the red tool box, the top of the control panel, the floor near the heat treating line, the side of the portable down-draft ventilation unit and the inside of the drink and respirator storage box. The Voestalpine Precision Strip Wi, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 956170, citation number 1, item number 6b and was affirmed as a final order on April 22, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 7888 102nd Street, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158.
