29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) At 1632 West Beach Blvd Gulf Shores, Alabama: On or about April 5, 2016 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees operating an aerial lift were using fall protection as per the standard exposing them to a fall hazard of 15 feet to the ground below.
