29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 2849 West Beach Boulevard, Gulf Shores, Alabama: On or about January 22, 2020 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 18 feet 5 inches to the ground below. THE GREG KENNEDY, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1105143, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 25, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1623 W. BEACH BOULEVARD, GULF SHORES, ALABAMA.
