29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system.    On or about 04/06/2016 employees at the Plymouth Spring Company roofing project were exposed to approximately 15' falls.  Employees were engaged in roofing activities without fall protection.    Quality Roofing Services, INC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926 (501)(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1070772, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 08/31/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Union Place, Hartford, CT.    Quality Roofing Services, INC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926 (501)(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 987992, citation number 01, item number 01a, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/29/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 150 Western Street, Hartford, CT.
