There were no guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall protection equipment installed.  The crew had personal fall protection in the work truck.   b). On or about April 5, 2016, two employees of Orlando Framing Techs, Inc. a Sub-Contractor for Raney Construction, Inc were observed installing roof truss framing while being exposed to a 9 foot fall hazard, because they were not protected by a fall protection system.  There were no guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall protection equipment installed.
