29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:    On and about April 8, 2016, in the central shipping department employees were exposed to laceration/puncture hazards, and slip/fall hazards. In that, the employee passageway at bay 2 and the walking/working surface along the west side of the rail cars had unprotected sections of rebar protruding up from the gravel and dirt work floor. Additionally, the gravel and dirt work floor at the west side of the rail cars was mounded and unstable.       Republic Steel (formerly Republic Engineered Products) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 942971, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 21, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2633 8th Street NE, Canton, Ohio 44704.
