Section (5)(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to an employee in that the employee hands/fingers were exposed to being caught-between the belt drive /13/16metal rollers on the metal roller bed conveyor while performing work and/or walking in close proximity to the equipment: a. 2505 Mill Center Parkway, Buford, GA (Conveyor Area) - Employees were exposed to caught between hazard. The employer failed to ensure that the conveyor systems emergency stop device/button were accessible to the employees/packers, in the event of an emergency. Employees were required to load and unload the conveyors while standing in close proximity to the rotating rollers and drive belt which run underneath the rollers on the right and left side of the conveyor, on or about 04/13/16. a. Conveyor Line #1 b . Conveyor Line #3 Among other methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct this hazard are: A feasible and useful method to correct this hazard is to installed an emergency pull cord which employees has direct access too and where they are normally stationed as stipulated in ANSI B20.1-2009, chapter 5.11.2(c).

Fire extinguishers were not labeled and/or identified as to its location, in the event of an emergency, on or about 04/13/16.
