29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a) 1660 Steel Way, Mount Joy, Pa - Four employees were working near the edge of the roof, beyond the warning line system with no fall protection or safety monitor, thereby, exposing employees to an approximate 16 feet fall to the ground below on or about April 8, 2016. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records. SCENIC RIDGE WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD CFR 1910.501(b)(10) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314233859, CITATION NUMBER 1 ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 25, 2011 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1290 WILMINGTON PIKE, WEST CHESTER, PA 19382
