29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill. a) West Side Roof - On or about October 23, 2018, an employee installing metal framework for screen wall panels while working with a crane more than 30 feet above a lower level, was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.
