29 CFR 1910.1020(d)(1)(ii): Each Safety Data Sheet was not preserved and maintained for at least thirty years. a) On or about April 12, 2016, and at times prior, the employer did not maintain Safety Data Sheets for employees or ex-employees, who worked with the parts washer machines from approximately September 2001 to July 2007 and January 2009 to December 2011. The part washer machines was used to degrease and clean automotive parts, which was filled with various chemicals. The Safety Data Sheets were not kept for at least thirty years. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
