29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) Exterior of Building - Roof Front: Employee without any means of fall protection was exposed to fall hazards of  approximately 14 feet while engaged in siding activities , on or about 4/9/16.   DIVISION CONSTRUCTION INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 954517, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/16/14, with respect to a workplace located at 156 Maple St., Englewood, NJ.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   a) Exterior of Building - Roof Front : Employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet while climbing an extension ladder that only extended approximately one foot over the working level, on or about 4/9/16.   DIVISION CONSTRUCTION INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 954517, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/16/14, with respect to a workplace located at 156 Maple St., Englewood, NJ.
