29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: (a) Facility: On or about April 13, 2016, there was no fall protection for employees who worked at the loading dock. The fall hazard to the employees from the loading dock platform ranged from 48 1/2 inches to 56 inches.
