29 CFR 1910.22(c): Covers and/or guardrails were not provided to protect personnel from the hazards of open pits, tanks, vats, ditches, etc:    a) On or about April 14, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards where the nets in the oil change pits were not properly secured. The carabiner type connectors used to attach the nets to the cables were  not completely fastened. 29 CFR 1910.334(a)(1): Flexible electric cords were fastened with staples or otherwise hung in such a fashion as could damage the outer jacket or insulation:  a) On or about April 14, 2016, employees in the shop area were exposed to electrical hazards where the extension cord powering the Rigid shop vac at the middle bay had been attached to the wall with fasteners which could potentially damage the cord, and the cord was hung through the metal components of the bay door mechanism.
