The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. a) In the shop, on or about March 29, 2021, the employer did not ensure the service pit was maintained free of excess water buildup, thus exposing employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards.
