Hazards include but are not limited to potential falls while using unguarded stairs, sub-contracted employees not utilizing safety glasses while working with pneumatic nail guns, slips and/or trips and/or falls due to poor housekeeping.     Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.    Bach Homes, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 597278, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 11/13/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 3400 E. River Valley, Meridian, Idaho 83646.
