29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 15 Beech St, Wilkes-Barre: Employees were not protected by guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system while installing shingles onto a 10:12 pitch residential roof approximately 14 feet 11 inches from the ground level, exposing employees to a fall, as observed on or about April 15, 2016. Abatement Certification and Documentation Required.
