29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1):  Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use:    a)  On or about April 18, 2016, employees were using unguarded Makita LS1220 Miter Saw while performing HardiePlank Siding installation work.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
