29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)  ROOFTOP - Employees performed roofing work on a residential house where the pitch of the roof ranged from 2/12 to 10/12, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards that ranged from approximately 11 feet to approximately 29 feet to the ground below, on or about April 20, 2016.    Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.    White's Roofing Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1011606, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 13, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2210 Ridge Wood Road, Wyomissing, PA.
