29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On April 20, 2016, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 24.3 feet while replacing roofing material to an existing townhome home. Rako Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 721161, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 3, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 903 S. Waverly Ave., Mount Prospect, IL 60056. Rako Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 920328, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 14, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 621 Ashland Ave., River Forest, IL 60305.
