29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided:    a) On or about April 26, 2016 employees were exposed to electrical shock and burns while performing work activities near the notcher on the east wall, south of the table saw, because the employer had not ensured that the raceway enclosing the energized conductors was examined to ensure that it was not broken or separated.    b) On or about April 26, 2016 employees were exposed to electrical shock and burns while performing work activities near the Baker Band Resaw, because the employer had not ensured that the raceway enclosing the energized conductors was examined to ensure that it was not broken or separated.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):  a) On or about April 26, 2016 employees were exposed to electrical shock and burns while performing work activities near the notcher on the east wall, south of the table saw, and the employer had not ensured that the live insulated conductors were guarded against accidental contact because the nonmetallic raceway mounted to the floor that enclosed the conductors was broken and separated at a joint.  b) On or about April 26, 2016 employees were exposed to electrical shock and burns while performing work activities near the Baker Band Resaw, and the employer had not ensured that the live insulated conductors were guarded against accidental contact because the nonmetallic raceway that enclosed the conductors was separated at the connection going into the switch enclosure.
